Pet care experience
I grew up with two German Shepherds, and they were the most well-trained, amazing companions. We even trained one of them to be a therapy dog! My parents now have a young German shepherd, who I dog sit for on a regular basis. I have experience with both enormous and tiny breeds & I love them all! I live in a dog friendly apartment building with lots of neighbor dogs, so I may not be the best fit for you if your dog is uncomfortable around other dogs.

I would like to know the history and level of training the dog has - if they are potty trained, good on a leash, have any reactivity, or know basic commands. Of course, I would want to know if there are any concerns with the dog's temperament or health that I should be aware of.
A typical day
I love walks & they are already part of my daily routine. I live near several great paths for walking and parks for playing with dogs if they need some extra exercise.
