Your holiday house sitter this winter! I have been on rover since the first few months of the pandemic, working with families mostly in Calgary, AB. I own my own business in which a majority of my work is remote so have lots of flexibility with my time to care for your home and animals as necessary. I moved back home to winnipeg back in May of 2023 and am looking to find some stability with regular clients. Previously have spent many years fostering puppies for various rescues in Manitoba. Have a number of regulars on Rover whom I have been working with ongoing, some of them for years until I moved away and have built a steady roster of regulars here in Winnipeg since returning.

Stella had a great two weeks with Jessa! Jessa is so awesome and flexible. We had a flight delay (thankfully we made it home on time) and she was ready to extend her stay for us. Very good communicator and the house was left exactly as we'd left it. Would highly recommend Jessa✨️
Jessa was great with our older, finicky cat (Tinkerbell)! We were completely comfortable leaving Tink AND our house in Jessa's care. This is the first time we used ANY type of house/pet sitting service and we will DEFINITELY do it again! The peace of mind is worth every penny! Thanks Jessa for making us feel so at ease so we could have a badly needed vacation!
Jessa did a wonderful job staying in our home to watch our spoiled dog, Charlie, who since Covid has stayed with family instead of going to a kennel. I felt better about finding someone to come to our home knowing it would be less anxiety for me and the dog! Charlie was well cared for, got lots of walks in and Jessa always kept us updated with a note and pictures. The house was clean and tidy like nobody had even been here. Highly recommend Jessa and we will be using her again. I’m so happy we found her and I am sure Charlie would say the same!
Jessa took wonderful care of Stella and our home! She's super communicative and sent sweet pictures keeping us up to date. Well definitely use Jessa again!!

Good with and am capable of working with dogs who May not be social. If your dog needs particular stimulation, or has food/dog/human aggression letting me know upfront is helpful. Knowing how a dog operates on a daily basis will allow for me to provide best care.
A typical day
Many of the dogs I am hired for are senior, have dog aggression or are special needs. So it limits our activities. Though I love hiking. If you simply are leaving town and prefer one on one care to a boarding facility and your dog is used to being active I’m your girl. Love cuddles with senior dogs or those recovering from surgeries.

I work remote, so am almost always available for house sitting, my living situation currently doesn’t allow for boarding. Available for walks evenings and weekends.
