Rhinestone was in great spirits when I picked him up. Jess was friendly and smiled and got to meet her daughter which helped keep Rhinestone busy. I got lots of photos. As this was his first stay with Jess, she did right in reducing some anxiety to leave your pet with a stranger. I like that Jess is adaptable and her daughter giving all this extra TLC to Rginestone is golden. Can't wait to bring him back.
Jess took really good care of our little pup, Milo. She was excellent in communicating with us, and keeping us posted. We would definitely recommend her.
Jess and her family took such good care of our 3 month old puppy, Gia. You can tell that they really like what they do, and Gia seemed happy to stay with them. Communication was great too, and it was comforting seeing pictures of Gia while away from her. Thank you once again!!!
My experiences with Jess have all been top-notch, 5 stars. My dogs are so happy to be there, they literally run into her house from the car. Communication, flexibly, and a safe and joyful environment! We are only vacationing here for a short while, my only wish is that we had a sitter like Jess closer to home.
