Jess was the missing piece to my fur and feather family that we have now found. She abides my care instructions meticulously, and she provides frequent notes/pics/videos to reassure me of how things are going so that I can be away from home for extended periods of time and not have to worry about whether or not my animals are stressed. There is truly no greater peace of mind anyone could provide me.

First time with Jess was as easy as if we'd been doing it for years. My dog was completely comfortable with her, and Jess worked to put me at ease too! Her significant vet tech experience is a huge boon, as I am confident that she'd skillfully handle any accident or illness that occurs while I'm away.
