Pet care experience
Although I haven't owned a dog since I was young, many of my friends and family do and I am known as the one who will be playing with the pups/children while everyone else has a catch up. I absolutely love animals (so much so that I am vegan) and people whose dogs I've only just met regularly say to me "you've got a new best friend there!" One day, when I have the right accomodation, I would love a furry companion of my own, but in the meantime I enjoy lavishing love on other people's pups.

Was a little worried about leaving Millie as she is 14 and can be stressed when away from me but needs must. Met Jess and decided straight away she would be perfect to look after her. Very calm and gentle and put my mind at ease. Millie was quite happy to stay with her. Very happy to recommend.
Excellent host with my 3 month old puppy for daycare, comes back a very happy puppy and tired out from all the fun and playing, we receive pictures and updates throughout the day. Would definitely recommend Jess to anyone looking.
Jess is such a kind and caring soul who will do her utmost to cater to the needs of your pet. Whether they are a puppy in need of expelling some energy or a mature dog in need of some cuddles, or anything in between, she is able to expertly tailor her care. She has lots of experience with family and friend's dogs, with her regularly looking after her brother's Frenchie, Pablo, and so she knows exactly how to tend to individual needs. Your pooch will be in very safe hands with Jess looking after them.

I have a 3 bed terraced house with a reasonable sized garden for pups to have a play. I am also within walking distance of various different parks and green areas, and a short driving distance away from some lovely country parks including East Carlton, Fermyn Woods and Fineshade.

Let me know what your dogs commands are so I communicate with them in a way that they understand, also if they are particularly anxious about anything in particular please do let me know so I can be mindful and accomodating. If your dog has any medical conditions or allergies, also let me know and I will ensure the environment is suitable for them (it will be anyway, but just so I can be extra mindful).
A typical day
There are lots of beautiful country parks within a 10 minute drive and even a woods only a 5 minute walk from where I live. If your dog is very sociable and loves meeting other dogs, there is a really good country park for that, or if they are a little bit more reserved but love to explore nature, there is another more suitable. At home, if your pup loves to play, I am aways ready for a game of tug of war with their favourite toy or if they are more of a chilled type, a cuddle on the sofa sounds perfect to me.

Availability
I am a professional musician so most of my work happens in the evenings, particularly at weekends. During the day, my older son is at school so spend a lot of time at home with my 6 month old baby and love to factor in dog sitting and walking during my weekdays.
