My name is Jesica, but I go by Liz. My family currently includes 2 dogs and 2 cats, but I've had animals most of my life. The bulk of my experience is as a dog owner however I've had my 2 cats for several years now and love them just as much! I'm a stay-at-home mom local to the Stephens City, VA area so I'll have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies!

Jesica was the perfect host to my 6 month old kitten, Suki! This was Suki’s first time away from home and they took such great care of her. She had other pets to play with and Jesica sent me photos during the day. Jesica was even able to extend her stay when I got caught up at work. Definitely recommend this kind and friendly family!
I hope to have the opportunity to leave Cocoa with Jessica and her family again! Jessica was clearly comfortable and knowledgeable about dogs and sent updates and photos while Cocoa was with her. It was a pleasure for both me and Cocoa meet her and her family!
First time away from home for our 1 y.o. Cleo. She had the BEST time! Already looking forward to another humans-only getaway knowing that our little lady will be in great hands!

I have a fenced in yard with 2 dogs and 2 cats to help keep your pet entertained and socialized. We do have a small/medium crate available for any unplanned needs, however pet parents are welcome/encouraged to bring their own so that I can help maintain their pet's routine.

A few items that I've found helpful to know in advance: - Feeding schedule - Any commands your pup may already know (so we can try and not confuse them with our own commands) - Estimated bathroom schedule/routine - Are they crate/potty trained? - Will you be able to bring a crate along with your dog?
A typical day
We have a large, fenced-in backyard with plenty of room for you dogs to run and play. We have two dogs of our own who are great playmates!
