I will be taking a summer long break to care for my brother's dog while he tours the US with his wife, going to school, and working a full time job. I feel like it would be unfair to take on more sits/walks for those reasons. I’m Jesenia and I love dogs (and other furry friends)! Growing up I had a Yellow Lab, Cocker Spaniel, and even ferrets. I’ve cared for everything from dogs to cats, to guinea pigs, hamsters, and geckos! I love cats because they’re so fun to cuddle and very independent. They truly have the most unique and interesting personalities. Ferrets are by far my favorite exotic pet because they’re extremely intelligent, are pretty hilarious, and can be the greatest snuggle buddies. But I have a special connection with dogs. I feel they give us their all and truly become a forever companion. They love you unconditionally. I love being a pet sitter because it’s the best job I’ve ever had! Being able to love and care for animals as your job is truly a gift. Currently, I care for three amazing ferrets and feel comfortable around many different species. I have experience caring for dogs in multiple capacities which included caring for pups with fleas and senior dogs with dementia. I would be happy to care for your dog, cat, exotic pet, and any animal you have who needs a little more attention and care. I understand how hard it is to be away from your furry friend so I’ll make sure to keep you consistently updated with photo and texts so you know how much fun and love your pup is receiving! And because I love getting out into nature with my furry pals, you’re sure to get the cutest shots of your dog enjoying their stay! When I’m not pet sitting, I love to stay active and get outdoors into nature! I love to hike, camp, attend farmers markets, and explore Seattle. I do one of these activities at least every weekend. Your pup is welcome to join me on any of my adventures and would be happy to find dog-friendly hikes for your pup!
