I have had dogs as my companion for the past 40 years. These included Beagle, Spaniel, Shepard, Collie, Poodle and other breeds. I have taken care that they had the proper diet, medication, grooming and exercise. I monitor web sites about dogs such as "modernDog" to keep up on the latest information about caring for these companions. I have enjoyed having these dogs with me to share time playing by throwing balls, sticks, frisbees, and other outdoor activities. We have spent time hiking and at the lake swimming and retrieving sticks. I also took the dogs camping with other dogs to see how well they could behave with each other. Dogs have been part of my life and I look forward to having them with me now that I am retired.
