Unfortunately this was the first horrible experience I’ve encountered on Rover. Hearing about the % taken from sitters and being proposed to work outside the app before ever having an experience was unsettling. Then having to get someone to rush and pick up my animal before the contracted end date was nothing short of frightening. I worried my puppy’s safety and care was in jeopardy with the inability to continue care. Needless to say, I will not use this sitter again.

Jermaine has babysat my 3 dogs on several occasions. I have a Basset Hound, Chihuahua and a mixed breed (possibly Chihuahua/Terrier). Each of my dogs are very different in size and behaviors. My Basset Hound is very needy and enjoys many walks. My Chihuahua also enjoys walks, but he loves playing with toys even more. My mixed chiterrier is an older rescue that only enjoys walks when he really needs to go. He enjoys cuddles, naps and laps. Jermaine has shown absolute versatility when dealing with my boys. He has proven multiple times that he can effortlessly juggle all of their needs, requirements and attitudes. I sometimes even get jealous at how excited they get when he shows up. My dogs love him and I have no doubt that yours will too. :)
