Jeremy and Melanie are delightful dog sitters! They took time for a meet and greet before our dog's stay in their home. We were immediately impressed with their kindness, gentleness, and sensitivity to our dog's needs. Our dog is very shy and reserved yet she warmed up to Melanie and Jeremy right away. They work from home so they were able to spend a lot of time with our dog. Jeremy and Melanie were highly responsive in their communication with us. They sent us daily updates and photos so we knew our dog was happy and comfortable in their home. Our dog loved staying with Jeremy and Melanie and didn't want to leave them at the end of the stay! It warmed my heart knowing that our dog bonded with Melanie and Jeremy after a brief stay. We will definitely book with Jeremy and Melanie again!
Jeremy and Mel are both amazing sitters! From the updates I've received, it's obvious Hugo felt right at home. I would not hesitate in reaching out to them again. You can rest assured your furry friends are under excellent care with them.
Jeremy & Melanie went above and beyond caring for our dog while we were away. They were very flexible about drop off and pick up, took her on lots of walks, and provided really cute, regular updates that we loved receiving. They also took great care of her; they noticed her limping halfway through her stay and communicated with us to determine if it required vet attention. We felt very comfortable with their care and judgment and would have no hesitation recommending them or leaving our dog with them again.
Jeremy and Melanie were great looking after my Jarvis for a few days this week while I went into the office, providing updates and photos throughout the day. Would definitely rebook with them in the future. Thank you!
