Zero stars if that were possible. My husband and I had to leave town for the day and could not bring our 11 month old pup with us. I booked Jeralynn to let him out of his crate twice for walks during the day. I paid her extra for the inconvenient timing since I booked the day before. She was at first very responsive, but during booking conversation asked if we wanted to go around Rover.com and do payment privately, which I am incredibly happy we did not. I received no updates and when I asked how our boy was doing I got vague answers in response. My dog is a strong man, a puller on walks if he doesn't have his gentle leader on his nose. Before we left I laid out the leash and nose strap right next to his crate (the leash is bright green). it was a tad shady seeing it in the exact same position, so I asked her if she knew where it went, she stated she couldn't find it. None of the food bags had been opened and the poop bags still had the sticker seal on them. She told me via Rover that her phone was acting up and couldn't send the pictures she took, which I thought was reasonable because technology sucks sometimes, however, When we got home after 11.5 hours, there was no sign she had ever been there. No prints in the snow that stopped right after we left, the leash in the same exact position and place I left it, and my housebroken/crate trained little man peed in his crate which he hasn't done in MONTHS. When I let moose out of his crate he ran to his water and drank for a long bit, then when I took him outside he peed for an eternity. I expressed my concerns with Jeralynn and gave her every opportunity to send me pictures via email or Facebook or at least some specific information about her walks with moose, and she promised to send some about a week ago. I have reminded and requested multiple times and she has not produced ANY information on the subject, which leads me to believe my suspicions are correct. I felt as a pet owner, it's my responsibility to warn you that it's possible this girl would take your payment and not provide the services she promises. She put my dog at incredible risk and, I'm no fruit basket, but absolute anxiety having to stay in a crate ALL day. If anything had happened to my dog I'd never forgive myself for making the judgement to hire this woman. I feel you can all make your own judgements if you want to hire her and hopefully she's amazing, but I cannot recommend her for taking care of anyone's pets. Like ever.
