Jeong was absolutely amazing! This was our first experience with Rover and he was very responsive and pleasant throughout the entire process. Jeong and his family kept our beloved Max while we were vacationing and he was as very flexible working with an early AM flight and keeping us well informed of how Max was adjusting. He sent pictures and video which was really nice to see especially since my son was worried about Max while we were away. It was nice to show him pictures and reassure that our furry friend was having fun too while we were away.
Jeong is professional, punctual and communicative. Loves his dog and took great care of our morkie, Rosie. Highly recommend!

***Meet & Greet is REQUIRED for boarding/day sitting*** 1. No dog perfume or deodorant please! I don't want my house to smell like your dog's perfume or deodorant 2. Bathe your dog prior to boarding day if he/she smells bad (hasn't been bathe over a couple months) or shed too much. I provide bathing service for $50 if you need. Must know 1. What is your dog's typical daily routine like such as feeding, walking, bathroom schedules? 2. Any medical issues your dog may have, including allergies and medication requirements. 3. What are the most important and frequently used commands your dog is well trained? Any commands in foreign language? (sit, stay, calm, etc) 4. Have you boarded your dog before? If so, were there any issues such as separation anxiety, scratches, eating disorders, etc? Nice to know 1. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies. Bordetella, DHPP) 2. Could you provide your dog's food and bed? 3. Could you provide your dog's harness instead of a collar for more safety during the walk?
