Hello! As a lifelong animal lover, I've always had dogs and cats of my own as well as volunteered for those in need. My experience with dog ownership ranges from owning and loving a large rescue dog with fear aggression to a well-behaved toy poodle (who is now geriatric and requires special attention). I have years of experience dog sitting or boarding pets for friends and family with a variety of breeds. Additionally, I have volunteered to walk and play with adult dogs and puppies awaiting adoption at local rescues. I am a weekly volunteer for a local feline rescue and have experience handling cats with a variety of levels of sociability. I regularly read animal behavior articles and resources about canine responses to body language in an effort to refine my technique in handling dogs of all personality types. I understand and appreciate that all dogs have unique traits and may require a specialized approach to feel comfortable with new people. Currently, I am available for drop-in care for both dogs and cats as well as dog walking services. Understanding the concerns of pet owners myself, I will send an update and picture when I am with your furbaby so you can feel in touch and at ease!
