I was very disappointed with Jenny's care, or lack thereof, this time. I was out of town, and when my neighbor reported Jenny's car not at my home for long periods of time I sent a friend over to check. The dog pads were soaked and there was poo everywhere. My little dog does not go to the bathroom in the house unless she is left for quite a long time. She is elderly and fragile, and I had left specific instructions that she not be left alone more than four hours. I was saddened and frantic after also being told there were dirty dog dishes left out and my little dog seemed frightened and shaky. I do not understand what happened, because, to my knowledge, Jenny had done a good job in the past. Very discouraging and worrisome. Jenny also claimed to be there when my neighbor went over, rang the bell and entered. No one was there except my poor little dog. The nearly full package of pee pads was empty and, again, I do not use these when I am home or away for a short time. I will not trust Jenny again , and am most upset by her behavior.

Jenny is wonderful! I have a little senior dog who requires special care, and Jenny did everything needed and more. She stayed for two days and was so conscientious and sweet. I got messages and photos many times. It is so great to find someone I can trust. I will definitely call her again. My home was also left in perfect order. What a find! You can absolutely depend on her. Lovely young lady.
