**Ask about available space in my weekly Young Puppy Socialization Group and my Big Puppy Play Days!** I have raised several puppies to be future Guide Dogs and enjoy training dogs as my full time career. But training aside, I host regular Puppy Socialization Play Days in my very large yard, and host visiting dogs like yours for boarding or daycare. (Instagram: @wetnosesdogtraining for cute puppy pix and training tips!) I specialize in handling young, rambunctious dogs and understand how important it is to get them enough exercise. I train mostly from home and so I'm home a lot. I have a very large yard (with high, solid concrete walls and 2 layers of entry gates) where your pup can play. Because of my regular Play Days, and because I often have another dog or two here for training, there are always lots of friends here for a visiting dog to play with. (Because of this, it is very important that your dog is social with others. (We'll do a Meet & Greet in advance to make sure your pup is comfortable.) I have a very social 8yo German Shepherd of my own. I know how hard it is to leave your fur baby when you're away, so you will receive *tons* of photos and updates! I'm home a lot so I spend the time playing with the pups and taking photos of all the fun. Your fur baby will go home TIRED! :-) *** COVID-19 UPDATE *** I am still boarding & hosting play days during the pandemic, but have made certain changes to help ensure everyone's safety. These changes are helping to reduce the amount of items in touch contact, on both our ends: * Pups must sleep on their dog bed or in a crate, not in my bed * Please individually portion meals and meds in disposable baggies to reduce handling * Do not send toys or bones (I have plenty) * Do not send dog beds or blankets (I have plenty) * On drop off, we'll all wear masks & we'll enter the yard through the side gate, so as not to go indoors. * You'll take off the leash/harness and keep it. The pup should only be wearing the flat collar. I'll use my own leashes for walks. * I can give your pup an optional bath & blow dry immediately before pickup for an extra fee.

Jenny was great! She sent a bunch of videos and pictures (really nice pictures btw) throughout Enzos stay. I loved how she had a lot of knowledge with gsds as well. Would definitely book again :)
We left our golden doodle puppy with Jenny for a week and the experience was amazing from beginning to end. Jenny was super communicative and sent awesome photos/updates multiple times per day. Luna had a BLAST playing in Jenny’s big backyard and got some great, supervised socialization with the weekly puppy play groups. We couldn’t have asked for a better doggo vaca for our girl!!
Left Brewster in the care of Jenny , my first time leaving him since I got him a year ago. I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt leaving him in her care. Her house and yard was clean and safe for my puppy and the warmth I felt as soon as she greeted Brewster was just so loving . She took such good care of him . I am so grateful that she was there for him . I truly recommend her .Thank you ?
Jenny is one of it not my favorite and most trusted sitter. She's flexible and great with Gus who can be quite lively. I know he's safe and happy whenever she takes him in.

I prefer to get to know the pup and owners first so I can understand your expectations for your dog, and to make sure s/he is social & comfortable with other dogs since there will be others present during the visit. So we'll start with a chat and then do a Meet & Greet at my home. For everyone's safety, all dogs staying with me are required to show me proof of current vaccination including Bordatella, and all dogs 12 months or older must be neutered. I love all dogs and have a special place in my heart for larger breeds! I also have experience administering meds, giving sub-cu injections & fluids.
A typical day
I will match the activity level to your dog's age and energy level. My neighborhood is wonderful for walking, we have a nearby park, and short of that, I have a very big yard for play and exercise right here. The double layered gate makes coming and going safe & secure for "escape artists," as do the high walls surrounding my yard. If your pup is a snuggler and prefers more relaxed time, we can do plenty of that. And if your pup likes to swim, with your permission we can do field trips to my family's pool in warm seasons.
