I'm a huge dog lover, with 20 years of experience caring for many pets. I had a black lab called Buddy who sadly passed away a couple of years ago but regularly look after three little rescues (Yorkshire terrier, Pug cross and a Westie) for my mum and my partners working Cocker Spaniel. I have lots of knowledge about dogs as I worked at Pets Corner for a number of years, where I trained in animal welfare, nutrition, and learned about behavioural traits of different breeds and how to fit dog harnesses. I have also worked at Battersea dogs home for a number of years when I lived in Battersea where I volunteered on weekends to help with the dogs in the kennels. I looked after a variety of breeds including greyhounds and my favourite breed, German Shepherds. I now live in the Horsham where i'd like to continue caring for dogs when owners are busy and can't tend to their dogs. I'd describe myself as a calm, confident, caring and active person, and as well as walking dogs my other hobbies are yoga, painting, reading and baking!
