Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Jenny! With 20+ years of experience taking care of family, friend's and Rover client's pets, my goal is to make your pets feel loved and well taken care of like they were my own. I'm reliable, work from home full time, and most importantly attentive, friendly and loving to animals. When they’re here, they’re family and my first priority. My husband and I currently have two pups (Pom Chi, aged 6 and a Chihuahua, aged 4) and one cat (British Shorthair, aged 7). Being a pet owner, I'm more anxious than anyone when it comes to them and their care. I relate to the anxiety that may come with boarding pets or leaving them with a stranger. It can be difficult to find pet care/walkers/sitters during travel time, holidays, or during the work week. I appreciate a loving, honest and kind person who will take care of our pets as if they were their own, so I do the same for yours. I have raised my own since they were all kittens and puppies and have loved and cared for many senior pets. I can administer medications and provide extra care pertaining to any needs. I'm the main pet care provider for your pets, but my husband is home during the evenings and is here to help and love on your pets, as well. I hope my home can be your pet's home away from home! Jenny was great with Cooper. We were in town for a graduation at Fort Novosel. Jenny was flexible with drop off times and pick up times. She regularly updated me with pictures and videos. Cooper was happy to go back for his second day. I would definitely use her again!
Jenny is such a fantastic sitter! Ernest loves going over and Jenny treats him like part of the family. I can't recommend her enough!
Jenny took amazing care of my Rosa while I was on vacation for a week. She sent fun and very well done photos and video updates that put me at ease the whole time. Rosa came home happy and healthy. I look forward to having her board Rosa the next time I am in need.
As always, Jenny was phenomenal! This is the second time we have asked Jenny to watch our two small pups and she will continue to be our go-to rover for our boarding needs. She will make sure your animals feel like they’re at home and always update you with pictures and videos 😊

Upon booking I need to know the following: - is your pet potty trained? -are they up to date on all shots and vaccinations? -any behavioral issues such as digging, chewing and anxiety issues -how do they prefer to sleep? -are they crate trained? - special needs (dietary, physical, medicinal, etc.) - demeanor and interaction with other dogs/cats - has your pet ever bitten or shown aggressive behavior to people/other animals? *Please note: if you have dogs/cats that don't always get along with other dogs and cats, I can provide them their own space in the house away from others.
A typical day
If your pets prefer to explore and sniff- we can do that several times a day! If they want to lounge around and zen out to classical music? No problem! Play with toys to exhaust some energy? We have plenty!

Availability
I am fortunate enough to work from home full time with a flexible daily schedule. If your pets are with me during the day or overnight, they will have constant access to outside, food and whatever else they might need. For drop-in visits: I'm able to do up to 3x a day and spend quality time in your home taking care of pets and doing small house care. House Sitting: I strive to be at home with your pets as much as possible during the day. I would be gone max of 4 hours daily to be home for certain work duties or to care for my own pets, but this is also flexible, as I understand puppies, senior and other pets may need different care. I am more than understanding and will work with you to figure out the best plan for your pets. Otherwise I will be with them the duration of the days. I also like to make sure the house is well taken care of while you're away!
