Very disappointed, when we left we gave her a list that included cleaning the cat boxes daily as well as feeding and watering them twice a day. While she came twice a day, her visits, with one exception, were only 5 to 15 minutes (not the 30 minutes that rover quotes) from when our camera saw them pull up to when they left. It seems as though she was in a hurry to leave and not spend any time with the cats (they like the presence of people, even when they are hiding). When we came back catbox wasn't changed, water bowl was slimy, and the cats were sad. We will be looking at other people to watch our cats next time we have to leave house.

Jenny is absolutely amazing! I’m so grateful that she was able to take the job last minute. My sweet Ollie boy adores her and I can definitely see the love she has for him! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
