Highly recommend Jenny! She did an awesome job with our two cats. It was my first time using Rover, and Jenny was so helpful, making sure I selected the right services so I didn’t overpay (Rover is tougher to navigate when you don’t have a dog). Our two cats loved her- she sent pictures every trip, she was super communicative, and even spent more time than she had to with them on the last visit. I hope she’s available next time we go out of town bc I will definitely book w her again.

I booked Jenny to do three 30-minute Drop-in Visits for my new kitty, Mochi, while I was away for 1 week. Since this was my first time leaving Mochi alone for more than a weekend, I was pretty anxious the first few days away mainly due to an initial miscommunication regarding the timing of her first drop-in visit. I expected an AM visit but it turns out she was only available in the PM for first day. Although the first check-in occurred later than I wanted, Jenny made up for it by agreeing to do the remainder of her check-ins in the morning. Overall, I would re-book Jenny and recommend her to others who need a Drop-In Petsitter Visit. I appreciate that Jenny was super responsive, patient/understanding with all my questions regarding status updates, and accommodating to any last minute requests I had. On the 2nd visit, she sent me great pics of Mochi - healthy and happy looking. This was a huge relief to see her doing well and assuaged any remaining apprehensions I had so that I could enjoy the rest of my vacation.
