Pet care experience
Hello! I am a Master of Public Health student at the University of Maryland with experience as an ER Nurse Support Tech and Pharmacy Tech. I have a 10 year old Chiweenie (chihuahua and dachshund mix) that we rescued in 2015 (or rather, she rescued us). I have been walking and caring for neighbors’ and friends’ dogs since 2010. From feeding to walking to showering to medicating to playing, I can do it all. If there are any extra needs for your pets, I am a fast learner and I am more than willing to do whatever your fur baby needs. I am not afraid to clean up pee or poop if needed. At my jobs, I’ve seen worse, I promise. I am confident that you will be satisfied with my care of your fur child. Thank you!

jenny has watched our pets twice and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s gone! it’s clear she cares for them as if they were her own pets. she went above and beyond caring for our incredibly anxious dog! she’s been super thoughtful and communicative throughout our trip which eased our worries. would highly recommend!
Above and beyond!
Jenny was amazing!! She sent constant updates along with pictures to help us feel at ease while we were away, and she was on time every time. Our pets clearly enjoyed hanging out with her (even our shy cat and anxious dog!) She even went above and beyond to clean up after our dog when he had an accident. Would definitely recommend and book with her again!

I never leave dogs unattended while they are eating, just in case they choke (snacks or meals!). I make sure to put food and snacks away before leaving, so the pets can’t reach them. I make sure pets are comfortable with me before I approach them because I know every dog comes from a different background.

Allergies, specific care information, health concerns, feeding/walking habits. I would like to know if there are any specific things I should look out for when caring for the pet.
A typical day
Normally, I would walk at least half a mile around the neighborhood. I usually let the dogs do the exploring, but maintain a firm grip on their leashes in case there are any people or animals they don’t get along with. I live right by Patterson Park, so I walk dogs there often. If the owner allows, I buy them pup cups from Bmore Licks if they’ve been good!
