Vet Tech Seeking Pooches to Spoil

Pet care experience

I am a registered vet tech with 7 years of experience handling and caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, special needs, and ages. I have had a deep love for all things furry since I was young! I have worked as a veterinary technician in general practice, emergency medicine, and surgery. I am experienced in caring for dogs with common age-related conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, incontinence, vision or hearing difficulties, and much more. I look forward to loving your fur babies!

Jenny has been great!! I’ve enjoyed how responsive she has been. I really appreciate the pics/videos she sends as updates! It gives me such a peace of mind knowing that my dog is being well taken care of. I would highly recommend Jenny!!

Jenny was awesome with my soon to be 9-year old greyhound, Raven. Requested 2 walks while I was out of town for the day - on the first visit, Jenny took Raven to Starbucks and got her a pup cup! Before the 2nd walk began, the weather turned for the worse and Jenny asked whether she needed to take Raven to her home as she was concerned whether I would be able to make the commute back home - I highly recommend Jenny based on the care she gave Raven and the concern she showed for her well-being.

Jen was amazing! We ended up needing her to watch our daughters dog also. She agreed and loved on our 3 dogs. She was fantastic. We will definitely use her again.

You can count on me to provide a comfortable and loving “second home” for your dog while you are on vacation or away from home for extended periods of time. I live on the second floor in a 2 bedroom apartment, and have the ability to safely carry dogs up to 60 lb up/down stairs. Your pet will be treated like a member of my family, always welcome on furniture, and may have his or her own spare bedroom if preferred. I have a 5 year old cat who enjoys being around energetic and friendly dogs, and a 10 year old 12 pound rescue dog who is shy, but likes to make friends with gentle dogs. If your dog is less outgoing or prefers to be alone, I have the means to provide separation if necessary. It is just myself and my boyfriend, no children. I can administer your pets prescribed medications whether it be oral, ocular, injections, etc. I am willing to provide baths, brushing, nail trims, and hygiene trims upon request when your pet is in my care.

Information Jenny H. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog struggles with separation anxiety, or is a barker when being left alone for short periods. There may be some ways your veterinarian can help ahead of time to make your pet’s stay more relaxing and comfortable!

A typical day

I love taking dogs to city or state parks to explore trails and different scenery. If your dog enjoys car rides and the occasional pup cup, we can go on mini road trips! My apartment complex also has a dog park where they can explore a fenced in area off leash.
