I truly could not recommend a sitter more highly… J is patient, provides detailed, reassuring, & helpful updates, demonstrates genuine care for our pups, and is a friendly, easy to work with person. J is INCREDIBLE. When out of town recently, we had a pet sitter back out of services (and we were 2,000 miles away already!). Needless to say, we panicked. J SAVED THE DAY. I reached out to J and explained the situation & let her know that one of our pups was not going to be the easiest to deal with. On a holiday, J was at our home within the hour to feed and take out my two, large dogs (one of which is extremely anxious and somewhat reactive + both requiring “special” care). J not only arrived within an hours notice, but she also successfully got our more anxious dog to relax, leave her crate, use the bathroom, eat, and cuddle/play during the very first visit. Due to the circumstances surrounding our booking, I was not around to set up a meet and greet as we’d normally do, yet our anxious pup seemed to warm up quickly… this is rare! It certainly put me at ease to know all was well and that our girls were in good hands, especially given our distance from home and situation at the time. Again, J saved the day… and even fixed our door keypad that started to run low on battery! She will be our go-to sitter as long as she’s willing, as we finally have someone that both pups love and feel comfortable with, as well as someone we fully trust.
