Jenny was great! She and Paris seemed to get along well with Rolo. I received lots of photo updates of Paris and Rolo hanging out, going on walks, and sleeping in side-by-side beds. The only (minor) issue we had was the pick-up time: I had noted in Rover that I would need to pick up Rolo on the final day between 9-10:30 PM as I had a flight that got in a bit later and needed time to to drive back into the city. Jenny then texted me saying that her "cut off time" for pick-up is 10 PM. This should have been communicated earlier if there was an issue with the time that was specified for pick-up (or if the issue is on Rover's end and the pick-up time wasn't adequately communicated through the app to Jenny, this also needs to be rectified). Beyond this minor hiccup, we had an all-around great experience!

Jenny and her husband took great care of our dog for thanksgiving day as we were out of town . She sent us numerous pics, had plenty of space for him and would definitely use them again !
