Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. Growing up, I would do daily tasks such as walk our dogs, feed our animals, and clean the little box. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, including great danes. While in college, I volunteered at the local humane society for 4 years, walking dogs and spending time in the cat room playing with the cats and cleaning up when needed. I spent a year working for a pet sitting business where I was a dog walker and did daily visits for dogs and cats. I also pet sit for my friends often. I currently have one cat who is 10 years old. His name is Tony and he is a highly energetic and very friendly cat who loves to talk. He struggles with GI/bladder issues so I am used to cleaning up messes. I also had a dog named Athena, she was a shar pei/pitbull mix with unique and chill personality. She recently passed away and my husband and I miss her deeply. I always treat and care for all animals as my own. I love spending time with all the fur babies.

Jennifer is fabulous. Great personality and easy to talk to. She was always punctual with her visits, took care of my cats, took photos, and gave me information to ease my mind of being away. I will ask her for more help in the future.
Jennifer is wonderful! Parker, one of my dogs, is on a strict feeding schedule and requires insulin injections. He can also be fear reactive. Jennifer took her time learning how to administer Parker's sliding scale insulin shot and getting to know my quirky babies, Parker and Honey. I really appreciate the level of care and consideration she shows!
Through two snowstorms Jennifer came and took excellent care of our pets. She fed, played with them, and gave them their medicine.
Jennifer is amazing! She gives great communication and commentary during stays and provides lots of pictures! I always feel comfortable with leaving my furbabies in her care while I’m away. 🤗

As a pet parent myself, I know how stressful it can be to leave your fur baby when traveling. I strive to make this process as stress free as possible. I care for all animals like they are my own and they will be my top priority. I will send detailed updates and lots of pictures every visit. I care for pets by making sure they are well fed, walked, and in a safe and clean environment. I clean up any messes I see right away and clean litter boxes every visit. I make sure food and water is fresh and filled. I also love to spend time giving love and playing with your pets. You will not have to worry when I am taking care of your pets.

Important information I would like to know is any medical issues your pet may have and any instructions on how to respond to these issues. I also would want to know any behavioral quirks your pet may have so I can make sure your pet is never in a situation that could trigger any negative event. All pets are unique and I will make sure to adjust my care for each pet's needs.
A typical day
I will make sure your dog gets the physical activity they need! I love going on walks and will spend the time needed for each dog. I will also make sure your dog gets all the playtime they want! I will take queues from your dog to make sure they are happy and cared for.

Availability
I work full time as a scientist during normal working hours but my schedule is flexible and can do morning and evening visits and my weekends are open. I can also do afternoon visits depending on my work schedule for the day. I really miss pet sitting and want to work it back into my schedule.
