Pet care experience
I have a special place in my heart for special needs or sick animals. I'm very comfortable with caring for the not so furry kids, including birds, reptiles/iguanas, rats, hedgehogs, Guinea pigs, salt water aquariums, even farm animals. I grew up on a very large cattle ranch and was very active in the agricultural field. I am currently a veterinary technician at a local veterinary clinic and absolutely love my job! If your pet needs to go to work with me, it's not a problem! I am very comfortable giving medications, injections, fluids, etc.. I am able to stay in your home overnight as most of my clients find this is the most comfortable option for their pets. I do work full time, so unfortunately I'm unable to spend the day at your house, but if you're in the Novi surrounding area, I can definitely go to your home during my break to let your dogs out and walk them. As much as I love animals, I love their owners just as much and strive to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Jennifer was so fantastic with our older dog. He is 15 1/2 years old and has more than a few quirks and ailments. Jennifer’s experience working as a vet tech was key to his happiness. He is fickle but warmed up to Jennifer wonderfully! I very very highly recommend her! Thank you Jennifer SO much !!
I have not reviewed each stay, but I can say that Jenn is one of the best and she has been walking and working with Chester and all the other 2 pups are very happy to get some fresh air during the days when we are at work. We are totally comfortable with Jenn and our babies. Thanks again, and great job as always. -Dean
The 'Kids" had a great time as always. Thanks for keeping Chester on his toes with that new zombie run. He was nice and calm when we got home. Again, anyone looking to book, Jenn is Awesome!

I would need to know any reoccurring issues should they happen while you are away (eye/ear infections, skin/food allergy flair up, seizures) and any protocols should your pet need emergency services. I do require that any dog or cat I pet sit for be current on a rabies vaccine unless they are immunocompromised and unable to get one.
A typical day
Every dog is different and unique! I've had all day belly rub and movie sessions and I've also been on two hour runs to get all that extra energy out. When staying in your home, I am very respectful. There will be no unwanted guests or other animals with me. I will not raid your fridge or cupboards as I have some odd food allergies and I bring all of my own food. :-)
