Pet care experience
I've taken care of friends' dogs for weeks or months at a time for over 15 years. In 2020, I finally got a dog then cat of my own and love them to pieces! My dog is a well behaved female Shepherd mix. My cat is a female American shorthair. They get along great with each other and love making new friends. I'm looking forward to providing your dog a safe and friendly environment while in my care!

We found Jennifer to be pleasant and flexible. She helped us on short notice. Our dog, Marley, doesn't have much experience with daycare and other dogs, but she came home each day happy and calm. We truly appreciate the help.
Our pup had a wonderful time with Jennifer and her dog! She was very responsive, flexible and communicative. She also has a high energy dog so it was a great match for ours- they played in a huge fenced in yard - always supervised. She also gave us pictures and videos during the stay. Would highly recommend!

Please let me know about your dogs needs in detail. The more details the better. Are they house, potty, and crate trained? What are their potty and eating schedules? Is there anything in particular that they're scared of? That I should do to make them feel safe? Etc.
A typical day
My neighborhood is full of sights and sounds so walks are always fun. I also have a large fenced yard and tons of toys: soft frisbees, sticks, balls, tug toys, shoes that are now toys, you name it!

Availability
When I’m not teaching or at school, I am home and free to pet sit. I have a fenced yard so there is plenty of space to run around. I also have one medium and one small crate available.
