I am a Zoo Keeper with 24 years experience. I have worked with a variety of animals from domestics to exotics. My days off are Thursdays and Fridays,in which I can be available all hours, but I can do early and late times any other day. With being a Zoo Keeper animal training is a huge part of my job. I do daily training sessions with animals for shifting, recalls, medical procedures, such as, blood draws, hoof trims, vaccination training, etc. I have a 3 year old cat who has many trained behaviors, such as sit, down, stretch, etc. I use operant conditioning for training and I have trained numerous animals such as, giraffe, elephants, large and small felines (tigers, cheetah, ocelots, domestic cats) I have worked with wolves, African wild dogs, and domestic K9's. I miss having a dog but I can only have a cat where I live so I do a ton of training with her. Don't let anyone tell you a cat can't be trained.
