Hello! My name is Jennifer. I'm 26 years old, a college graduate, planning to start classes soon to become a veterinarian assistant. I've had always loved animals especially dogs since I was young. I'm currently volunteering at an animal shelter called Animal Care Center of New York City, located in Brooklyn. At this shelter, I've walked and played with many different types and sizes of dogs. This shelter has taught me how to care for dogs that are not used to strangers, how to read their posture and signs for discomfort. My house is dog friendly and I allow dogs on my couch. I also have a fenced yard with lots of room for the dogs to run around and do their business. They are also allowed to go anywhere in the house.
