Born and raised in upstate NY. I moved to Naples Florida for a little over 3 years and worked as a vet tech during my time there. I came home to be close to my family and the Adirondacks. I spend my weekends at my family camp with my dogs. I’m extremely active with hiking, paddle boarding, and an avid snowboarder. I have a small business designing and making wood burnings and manage a local construction company. I like to stay busy during the week and when available I would love to help out! Hey all!! When looking for a caregiver for my pets, I often look at the qualities of the person just as much as their experience with pets. Jennifer is one of the most kind, loving, and trustworthy caregivers you can find to take care of your dogs!! Not only this, but Jennifer’s passion comes from within when taking care of her dogs and other dogs. Jennifer took care of our German Shepard, Harley, who can require lots of attention :) With Jennifer, I never felt more comfortable and trustworthy to have Harley with her for any length of stay. Harley absolutely loved being with Jennifer for an entire 5 days!! He had all the attention he desired, enjoyed lots of play time, was well taken care of in regards to his eating and elimination habits, and most importantly, Jennifer took care of Harley like her own. One of the key differences you will find with Jennifer is her dedication to giving time and love to our dogs. The difference is truly in the care she provides for animals. I would 100% recommend anyone who is looking for a loving dog caregiver to have Jennifer as one their #1 option!
Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. She watched three of my dogs for a whole week. I was so paranoid about leaving my dogs for that long but she was so great, I could sleep peacefully on my vacation and know my pups were in good hands. She sent constant updates and photos. Not only is she a very kind, sweet person, but the dogs fell in love with her. I have a sheltie who does not care for many people and when he met her and went right up to her for pets I knew she was perfect. My pups cuddled with her and enjoyed her company so much it made leaving them a little more comforting know they were in good hands. I will definitely be booking Jennifer again. I cant save enough good things about her.
Jennifer has been great! Comes to the house to watch both pups when I need her. Mai Tai is pretty easy... she just needs attention. But Jake has morning meds he needs and his back legs are paralyzed, so Jennifer needs to hold up his hind end by his harness whenever he needs to go outside for potty breaks, get a drink of water, to eat and to go for walks around the house and yard. Jennifer handles all of that quite well and both pups like her. She sits with them in my home when I need her and don't have any concerns when she's there. And she shows up when she says she will be there. Couldn't ask for a better sitter!

I always like to know any medications they might need to be administered (which is no problem) their feeding schedule and amount, any disabilities, allergies, vet information in case of emergency and of course their favorite toys/activities.
A typical day
I can take your dog for daily walks or running (or simply just a bathroom break) whichever their preference is and provide plenty of play time and snuggles if wanted depending on their energy level and needs.
