I would ask that my customers have detailed information on their fur baby (any allergies/like & dislikes etc.), and let me know the animal's typical routine in hopes that we can keep it as routine as possible for the animal, I would also ask that we meet prior to the walking/pet sitting etc. Even if it means we meet just prior to the service.

I would like to be made aware of your pets' typical routine, feeding schedule, allergies, favorite pet spots, likes and dislikes in general to ensure we have smooth encounters.
A typical day
I would like to stimulate your dog and or cat by playing with them, with their favorite toy/toys. Allow them to explore and smell their surroundings. Give them the same love and attention they would receive from their human parent/family to ensure there is no additional added stress.
