I have a 14 year old rescue dog, so I know how important your pet is to you. I grew up with a family dog. My favorite summer job growing up was caring for family friends' pets while they were on vacation, and I have cared for friends' pets for years. After using Rover for my own dog for years, I finally joined as a provider. I've met so many great animals! Every dog is different -- what makes your pup smile? One she prefers to avoid? Does he earn a treat after a walk? etc. --- Cats are cool too! I've cared for about every kind of cat imaginable - cuddle bugs, destruction artists, shy cats, "cat-dogs", a pregnant cat (and subsequently kittens and a nursing mama), and elderly cats. Let me know what your cat's personality is and I'll make sure she is safe and happy. Does he have a favorite toy or respond to his name? Does she have a regular hiding spot where I should look for her? etc.
