Pet care experience
I offer knowledgeable and attentive doggy care services in a house with a large, fully-fenced backyard. Your dog's safety, comfort, health, and happiness is important to me and your canine companion will get at least two walks per day in the forests and off-leash dog parks of the North Shore. My dog guests range in age and personality, from young and energetic to mature and slowing down. I adjust the activity and experience to suit your dog's needs. I can accommodate special diets with room in the freezer for raw food. Because I am a full-time mom, I am at home with lots of time to play, feed, walk and care for your dog. My two daughters (9 and 13 years old) are excellent around dogs and love animals too, so your dog will get lots of TLC and feel right at home if your furry friend is comfortable with kids. We have pet toys, healthy treats and dog washing items on hand. Your pooch will find our home safe, fun and relaxing.

I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Jennifer. She has a nice house with a large fenced in yard. She has two daughters who clearly love dogs so I knew he would have lots of attention and never be bored. In fact when I came to pick him up I was given a drawing of my dog that on of the girls made and it was clear that he had found a new best friend! Will definitely rebook with Jennifer!

We are so happy that we chose Jennifer and her lovely family to take care of Louie for us while we were away for a few days. Jennifer and her family took wonderful care of Louie and made sure he got lots of walks and attention. Jennifer's daughters played fetch with Louie with his favorite ball and really seemed to enjoy playing with Louie and having him stay with them. Jennifer is an excellent communicator and responded to us very quickly. Jennifer shared photos of Louie with us and gave us lots of information about what Louie was up to. You can tell that Jennifer and her family love dogs and want to make sure that your dog is well taken care of and has a enjoyable time at their place. Jennifer has a very nice home with a large backyard which Louie loved playing in. We will absolutely contact Jennifer the next time we need someone to take care of our dog. She and her family were fantastic.

Some basic details about your dog’s training would also be helpful.
A typical day
My favourite dog walking trails include the Lynn Valley Link and Baden Powell. Ambleside dog park has a great beach for stick throwing and it’s great for dogs to run around and socialize. Harbourside dog park is good for smaller dogs and playing catch and there’s also beach access for a quick dip.
