I have always enjoyed being around animals. As a kid I would beg my parents for a dog. I FINALLY GOT ONE! His name was Spot and YES, he was a dalmatian...a remote controlled dalmatian I got for Christmas. I was so happy walking him everywhere. I have also worked at an animal hospital as a receptionist and also assisted the vet w/basic tasks. Ear cleaning/Nail trims/assist in holding for blood, anesthesia etc. I would also take care of the kennels. Every morning I'd clean their kennels and take them out for a small walk to stretch their legs and go about their business. I would repeat the process in the afternoon and the evening before leaving for the day. I would also administer any medication that had been prescribed for any boarding friends and strays that needed that extra care and affection. I can apply my basic training w/my own best friends, Jack-Jack, Lola & Baxter. That is how I was blessed with Lola and Baxter. Stray babies that continue to brighten my days!It is a privilege to be able to care and love for your best friend while you are away for a couple hours. I'm very grateful for your trust & am looking forward to learning more about your furry friend.
