Pet care experience
Lifelong animal, pet, and nature lover! I have been caring for other peoples pets for over 12 years. Unfortunately, life got a little too busy for me to continue with this enjoyable “work”, but now I have the flexibility to re-cultivate this passion once again. From walking your dog, to taking them on adventures and hikes, to overnight stays, I am available for whatever you and your precious pet’s need are. I have a Chihuahua mix of my own that I rescued in 2020, and he is such a sweetheart and a major lover of cuddling. During my downtime, I can be found reading, hiking, cleaning, or doing yoga. For a small additional fee, I would love to help you with any other needs you may have, such as house work/organizing, cleaning, or light yardwork.

Jenny has always been a close friend and avid pet lover. I had to travel for extended trips to Alaska and Chicago over the years and she has been able to care for my dog for weeks at a time in some cases. I always knew my pet was in the best of care. I would certainly consider her a trustworthy caregiver for any animal in need.

I have a fenced yard for potty breaks. I love to go on walks with dogs, and will walk them for whatever amount of time they are used to or suits their energy level. I have a sweet, small dog that is friendly to all animals we meet. He will play with your pet, or give your pet space, he is happy either way.

I would like to know the name, breed, age, and energy level of dog(s). I would also like to know if they have any special needs or instructions, as well as their behavior around small dogs. For cats, I would love to know their name, age, temperament, and any special needs.
A typical day
Not only do I offer walks at the custom amount of time for your dog’s energy level, but I also offer hikes, car adventures, parks and/or dog parks, and river trips. I’m also more than willing to entertain a pet with toys or fetch. Then we can get pupcups, treats, and snuggles!

Availability
I have full flexibility and availability to meet all the needs and desires of your precious pet! From walks, to hikes, to overnight stays, I am available! I live in Rifle, so I offer drop-in visits and dog walking from Glenwood Springs to Parachute. For overnight stays, I will travel from Aspen to Grand Junction.
