Jen was absolutely outstanding during the recent boarding experience of my Australian Shepherd, Wrangler. He stayed at her home for 8 days in late April/May 2024. We initially did a local meet and greet with Jen and her sweet dog Fred and I could tell right away that Wrangler liked her and felt comfortable with both of them. He’s usually shy about meeting new people and dogs, he barks a lot and won’t allow anyone to get close—but Jen worked her magic and it didn’t take long before he was gobbling a few treats out of her hand and allowed her to pet him.
 Jen was super friendly, caring, and organized, during Wrangler’s stay. I received daily photos and/or videos and regular updates about their daily activities and also how he was doing overall, whether or not he was eating well and his general health. This is so important and gave me the assurance that my pup was in really good hands. Also, Wrangler is a special needs dog. He’s almost 6 years old but he has a neurological issue which affects his walking ability and going up stairs, stability on slippery surfaces, and during car rides. Jen was very supportive, nurturing, and attentive, she helped accommodate his specific needs at her home and secured Wrangler during car rides. She also took extra care to make sure he was kept safe during their outings and prevented any potential issues (such as other dogs jumping on his back or too many strangers petting him which he doesn’t always respond well to). When I picked up Wrangler, he was very excited to see me but also seemed very comfortable hanging out with Jen and her gang. I’ve boarded Wrangler with other sitters and he always looked anxious and stressed out, and was itching to leave right away. Not this time! He was a happy, relaxed, and tired pup, and I owe that to Jen’s special care and attention, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for long-term boarding or daily sitting care.

Jennifer was fantastic with our dogs. We were very nervous about leaving our dogs (a German Shephard and Havanese) with a sitter and Jennifer eased any anxiety. She communicated through out the visit and was really mindful of both dogs personalities / needs.
