Pet care experience
Hello, I am a kind-hearted, patient person who loves dogs, their energy and the joy they bring to our lives. I am a licensed social worker with a 30-year career working with elders, children, and adults living with disabilities, and enjoy hiking and reading in my free time. I am unable to have pets in my current living space, so I would appreciate the opportunity to enjoy your dog's company at your home, outside, or in the community. Throughout my life, I have owned/loved Gus the Weimeraner, Jake the German Shorthaired Pointer, Mikey the Black Labrador Mix, Ruby the German Shepherd, Spencer the rescue kitty, and Copper Penny, the Quarterhorse. I would love to have the opportunity to take care of, walk with, or just check in on your beloved pets, treasured members of your family. I would be delighted to hear from you so we can start to build our care relationship today!

Jennifer came to my house while I was at work and promptly won over my dog, who had never met her before. She took him for a walk, fed him, and sent me a much-appreciated photo. It made my long work day less stressful knowing that he had some company, some fresh air, and his lunch. Will be contacting Jennifer again for sure.

I would like to know if your dog is comfortable around other dogs or not so I could maintain a safe distance and allow him/her to have plenty of space/separation from others, avoiding areas with other dogs, finding quiet, safe opportunities to permit your dog to run, play and explore freely while leashed.
A typical day
I am an active hiker and would love to play outside with your dog, playing fetch, going to the beach, walking on trails, or any activity that your pup enjoys.
