Before becoming a dog owner, I used to dogsitt for friends and family. They always asked me to "check-up" on their dog. My responsibilities ranged from feeding, walking, giving medicine and just keeping the dog company while they were either at work or away on vacation. I started out with becoming a mommy to my cat (Mumzy) who i got in 2007, and just like having "children" i was too nervous on owning my own dog. I felt that i couldn't provide for a dog financially, In September of 2012, I got my Yorkie named Mia, at 3 1/2 months old, who has been my shadow since. we go on hikes, long walks and she enjoys finding a tennis ball and running through a field playing fetch. Her favorite game is "chase" you chase her and then turns to chase you.
