I have spent my whole life around dogs. Between the dogs I grew up with and my own senior rescue. For the last 12 years, my neighbors and friends have trusted me with sitting, caring and walking their furry four legged friends. I have spent time volunteering for a rescue dog agency (walking and caring for the dogs). The same agency I adopted my own rescue from: a goofy rescue beagle mix. I am, also, the proud owner of a small backyard flock of ducks and chickens. By caring for 11 animals the last 3 years, it has deepened my understanding and patience for animal care. Also, I have a great deal of knowledge on providing medication and caring for sick animals. Furthermore, my 11 years of teaching allowed me to develop a unique set of skills that supports my ability to care for animals. I am reliable, not easily rattled in different situations, have a great deal of patience, rarely raise my voice and I have a high tolerance for noise. (Which could be from the ducks and my beagle. They certainly like to express themselves.) I would love to help take care of your doggos from walking to play dates to sitting. I have always loved animals and helping others. I can't wait to meet your four legged family members.
