I'm 34 year old marketer and lifelong cat owner and dog lover. Earlier this year my tabby Melvin passed away after almost 16 years of living in a home full of love (see my pictures for an image of him). My living situation doesn't allow for pets, but I love being around animals so I hope you'll let me watch yours. I prefer to sit in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens since I know those areas best. I've been a dog lover since I was about 7. As a teen, my family would dog-sit for my aunt's golden retriever Tiffany while they spent the winter months in Florida. More recently, I shared an apartment with a spunky Yorkshire terrier named Pup-pup (see above picture) who I would often walk and take care of in situations where my roommate wouldn't be home. Although I haven't been a dog owner (yet!), I love dogs of all sizes/breeds (and I'm 5'11' so even large dogs don't overpower me on walks). As a cat owner, I raised my tabby from only a week old to almost 16 years. I've often had to administer liquid or pill meds to dogs and cats so I am comfortable in doing so.
