I will take multiple dogs from the same family but will not have dogs from different families at the same time unless I know the dogs will get along first and that both owners are in agreement. Your dog will have all my love and attention during it's stay with me!! And if they work well with other dogs they will go with me for walks with other clients dogs and will get lots of interaction and play. I would ask that if at all possible to take your dog for a long walk just before dropping off with me for boarding and if you are bringing your dog to meet another dog to board with. This will have your dog in a calm relaxed state and will help with them being less anxious about meeting another dog or for your departure. I will also walk your dog on leash after you have left to introduce myself and establish expectations. And if you're leaving your dog for an extended stay a bath prior to arriving is always appreciated. Thank you Hi there, I have lived in Parkdale for 10 years and love the area and river paths. I've also worked in pet stores and as a dog groomer for 3 years and with Arabian show horses and had my own horses. I have been a dog owner since I was a kid and have been boarding and walking for a few years but not using the Rover app. As much as I love them i'm allergic to cats. I can certainly be around them long enough to pick up your dog for a walk but can not house sit in a home with cats. I have experience and common sense and I'd love to hang out with your doggos and pets. I will make sure that your dog gets the stimulation, interaction and exercise it needs. I miss having a dog and would love to add that joy back into my day by hanging with yours. As I am working for myself, I have quite a bit of time during the day to spend with your dogs. And although there is no space to add it in the App I can also provide a training walk with you and your dog. I believe that how a walk is done is extremely important for the emotional well being of your dog and most anxiety and behavioural issues will be solved with a proper walk.
