I have had dogs my whole life. When I was a young adult I worked for a while at a local vet hospital at the front desk. It gave me the opportunity to experience many different types of pets as well at many types of pet owners. As soon as we became homeowners with a yard we adopted dogs to be part of our family. Dogs make our family complete. I pride myself on treating my pups as a family member and not something that I own. I also have experience with farm animals, guinea pigs, and rabbits.

I require a meeting at least 2 days ahead of time so I can make sure I am the right match for your pup. I need to know if they have any quirks, aggressions, or fears. I want to know your expectations and your pups schedule.
A typical day
I prefer to stay in the neighborhood that is familiar to the dog for walks. If your dog is used to car rides and needs more exercise then I am happy to go to the local rail trails for longer walks or easy hikes. I am an active person and love being active with animals. On rainy/extremely hot days or dogs that aren't used to walking, I like to do easy training refreshers for mental stimulation as well as food puzzles. Please note that for house sitting I typically do not stay overnight. However I can do 2-3 extended drop in visits.

I specialize in teacher & school administrator pet walking. Whether its on a regular schedule or just during late night parent/teacher conferences I can be there to make sure your pet has been walked, went potty, had a snack, and taken care of so you don't have that added stress for the school day.
