I grew up on a large farm in Iowa and have taken care of dogs and cats (along with a lot of other farm animals) for as long as I can remember!! I believe that our pets are family members and I treat them as such! I’ve helped deliver puppies and have administrated plenty of medications. I have a wonderfully spoiled Yorkie who is my best friend, named Diego! I can’t wait to watch your baby/babies OR your grumpy old dog :) ha! I guarantee they’ll love me and we’ll be the best of friends! I look forward to meeting you both! Thank you! I have worked for The Walt Disney Co. in Burbank for 25 YEARS! I work Mon.-Fri. 9-6, so I’m available after 6 PM on weekdays and all day/night on weekends. I live in Simi Valley, so traveling is never a big deal. I’d love to find a long-term family to help whenever they need me. I’m flexible and always willing to jump in and help when I can! I have 2 adult children, I’m 45 and extremely responsible and loyal! I have a high-energy best friend/dog that can not get enough running, playing, loving AND ESPECIALLY his unhealthy relationship with his tennis ball! ;) ha I also have high-energy, so I’m happy to give him all the attention he wants... as I would with your best friend! He gets along with other dogs, however, he has his moments where he’s anti-social and just wants to hang out with me and could care less about others. That’s why I think it is extremely important to be able to read ANY animal and get a feel for what they want/need. Dogs are just like people! (only better) ;)
