Pet care experience
I’ve had several pets at home since I was born (22 years ago). I have always had at least 2 pets, ranging from birds to rabbits. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. I have a lot of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I dog-sat throughout the summer last year in Nashville for a wide range of breeds and ages. I love caring for pets and have an open schedule.

Jennifer took excellent care of our 2 cats while we were away for the holidays - frequent communication and picture updates, which we appreciated! She also left the house extra clean. Would definitely use her again!
Jennifer was a fantastic dogsitter! I hired her for two 10-day dog sitting stints to stay in my house and watch my senior pit bull. We met in a park for the first time so she could meet my dog and Jennifer was excited to hear about our daily schedule and Rosa’s likes and dislikes. Jennifer showed up on time for both of my trips and texted me updates and pictures daily (I was nervous since it was my first time leaving this dog with a sitter) of their fun. My dog can be a little standoffish to strangers but warmed up to Jennifer fast.. Jennifer left my house incredibly clean and even took it upon herself to wash the towels and bedding she used before I got home! She was great with my dog, a very considerate house guest, and super easy to work with. I would absolutely book her again and already recommended her to others. 10/10!
Jennifer is amazing! We left our two three month old golden retriever puppies with her for 4 days while we traveled to attend my brothers wedding. Since they were still so little, I had pretty detailed instructions for their care and she exceeded our expectations. She stayed at our apartment, and took such great care of them while we were away! She is caring, detail oriented and thoughtful. 2 puppies at the same time is a lot to handle and I would trust her to do it again and again!

Be that making sure they always have clean water, letting them out to potty frequently, and making sure they are comfortable and at ease. I think it is very important to know a dog’a schedule ahead of time so they do not get stressed out by someone new taking care of them. Also what their favorite toys are, what they enjoy doing during the day, any fears they have, what treats they like, etc.
A typical day
I absolutely love to walk. My favorite place to take dogs on walks is in nice, rural neighborhoods with well-maintained sidewalks. I enjoy spending time with my pets watching a show on T.V. or just petting and talking to them.

Availability
I will not be working this summer so my schedule is very open for pet-sitting. My parents take care of my pets at home (primarily) so they will not be an issue when I have a pet-sit coming up. I help take care of our 2 dogs and cats at home and absouletely love animals, especially cats.
