Excellent service! This past week I had to be away from home for more than 8 hours. Bailey is a senior-aged dog and she needs to be let outside every couple of hours. Jenny and Jim took awesome care of Bailey and I was comforted knowing she was in good hands. Receiving a picture of Bailey each time she was outside was wonderful and allowed me to see that she was fine. I would highly recommend Jenny and Jim for your pet care needs.

This testimonial is for Jennifer H. I am Jennifer’s mother but I am not writing this as a prejudiced mother but as objectively as I can and as someone who knows her well. During her entire life, we as a family always had at least one dog. So she is accustomed to having dogs around. She was responsible for some of the pet care even as a child and has always had good rapport with dogs. After she was married, as soon as they had a home of their own, she and her husband (James) got a dog. They truly love dogs and wanted one in their lives. Every dog she has had has been well trained, cared for and loved. Simply stated, Jennifer loves dogs, understands their behaviors, and deals well with them. As a person Jennifer is very organized, responsible and caring. Whenever I travel, I drive 2 ½ hours to their home so she can care for my dog while I am away. There was a time when I lived several states away from them so I kenneled my dog. It was OK but there was always a level of concern in the back of my mind. That’s why I now take my dog to Jennifer and James. Now when I travel I have no concern about the safety and well-being of my beloved pet. I highly recommend Jennifer and James for service in the Rover organization.
