Jennifer did great with my two dogs. She came over prior to our departure to meet the dogs and learn our routine for the mornings and evenings. She took them for walks, played with them outside, and spent cuddle time with them. She was very communicative during our whole trip. She would send me morning and evening text messages and pictures letting me know how the dogs were doing. She was great for our very first Rover experience. 5 stars for great communication, dependability, consistency with the arrival time, just and an overall great person to work with!
