Pet care experience
After some time off, I’m back to boarding and welcome your pups. I have over 20 years experience doing dog rescue and dog training. I only do positive reinforcement training. So, that means all engagement with your dog will positive in nature, no negative punishment....ever. I am very passionate about dogs and ensuring they are happy and engaged at all times. I am home full-time. So, your pup will get lots of attention and love. I can manage dogs with special needs and can do walks for your dog, if needed. I have two children at home that are also very passionate about dogs and well-versed in how to positively address dogs at all times. I have two Labradors that are very friendly and do well with most dogs. I also have a cat that does well with dogs that don't chase. I do request that your dog be crate-trained in order to stay here. We hope to include your pup in our home!

Jennifer took really good care of our dog. We got updates along the way and knew he was in good hands while we were travelling. He came back happy and at ease.
Our dog, Rico, had a great time at Jenifer's place. Her house has a great backyard with a pool which was great for Rico, who loves to swim. Both her dogs were friendly and got along well with Rico. Jennifer kept us posted with updates during his stay. We'll definitely be using her services again.

I have a fenced yard. I have a pool, as well. Your pets are never outside unsupervised especially given not all dogs swim well and/or they may be nervous being away from home. So, they will get a lot of individual attention.

We welcome all dog breeds and sizes. However, given this is our home, I do ask that your dog(s) be crate-trained. For the safety of all dogs, I do need the option to crate if breaks are needed for anyone.
A typical day
We have a loop trail outside our door. So, if your dog likes walks, we can do local walks easily. We spend a lot of time engaging our dogs through tug-of-war, training and lots of hugs and love. This can be a home away from home for your pet.

I have worked from home for over 20 years and continue to do so. So, your pet will get a lot of attention. I can work with animals with special needs, as well, given my ability to provide a lot of attention.
