We have worked with Jennifer before and it was great. We were out for ten days this time and requested drop ins for our cat. I noticed that my alarm system hadn't sent me notifications about the door opening and closing for the last day of the trip, but she sent us a drop in card. I asked her if she went and she replied yes. When I explained what I was seeing she reimbursed me the last day with no explanation or apology. We would have been understanding if something came up and could have figured things out. I'm leaving a one star because I wouldn't want this to happen to someone else's pet. After that we took a closer look at our security notifications and noticed the drop ins were six minutes long and not 30 minutes.

Jennifer took very good care of 2 of my GSDs. She was quick to respond from the beginning to end. Very friendly personality. She can definitely take very good care of your fur babies. Would recommend to everyone.
