I am a former Animal Officer who has been trained to watch out for the best interest of the fur babies of Chattanooga and North Georgia. I am an avid runner who could always use a running buddy, but I also love just taking a stroll - whatever exercise or stimulation (when applicable) your dog may need will be provided. Your pet will have a new best friend and tell you all about how we spent time together! Jenn's Friends is about giving you peace of mind for both you and your pet while you are away.

I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer! I was in a tough spot looking for a last-minute sitter for my dog, who has high anxiety and isn’t friendly with other dogs. Out of several requests I sent, Jennifer was the only one who responded and actually wanted to meet my dog first. That alone showed her dedication and care. She took the time to come meet my pup, made her feel safe, and handled everything so calmly and professionally. Knowing my dog was in such good hands gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy some much-needed quality time with my children while they were in town. Jennifer is someone you can trust to take excellent care of your pet. I have used her exclusively on several occasions over the past year for durations ranging from a couple of hours to several days. I love that she comes to the house so my dog feels secure in his own surroundings. Her experience as a former animal control officer makes me feel like I have an expert in the field caring for my pup. When I care for pets in YOUR home, I always make sure your house is better than when you left it. Mail/packages will be collected, plants will be watered, and your fur kid will play inside or outside (depending on each pet needs and parent requests).

A typical day
I will work my hours around specific needs for your dog. I am more than willing to take your fur kid to the Greenway, Battlefield, or Riverwalk (or any other location not far from home) to walk with me. I was an avid ball player in school, so playing fetch with a ball or Frisbee will definitely be offered to your pet; tug-of-war is also another favorite among some animals. Your pet will always be rewarded for a job well done with or without treats (at your discretion). Your dog will be ready for a nap when we are finished.
