I am a graduate from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology and have worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician for 11 years currently working in Pet Insurance after years of clinic work. I am 34 years old. I have always had a passion for animals and I wanted to make sure I spent my life doing something worthwhile. I have a 14-year-old son who is starting high school soon. I have one cats at home that is spoiled beyond belief and one bearded dragon also. Weird combination, I know. I want to continue helping people and spending time with more animals. Pet sitting seemed like a perfect chance to do just that. I am available very often throughout the week and I am available to do drop in during my lunches also, so let me know what you need and I will do my best to accommodate. Hope to hear from you soon!

A typical day
A typical day of pet sitting starts with a morning visit to feed the pets and let them out for a potty break. Throughout the day, I check in on the pets, provide playtime and exercise, and ensure they have fresh water and a comfortable environment. Depending on the pet's needs, I may administer medications or provide specialized care. For fun activities, I engage pets in interactive play with toys, go for walks or play fetch with dogs, and spend quality time cuddling and giving them attention. I also like to incorporate enrichment activities such as puzzle feeders or treat-dispensing toys to keep them mentally stimulated. In the evening, I make another visit to feed the pets dinner and spend some more time with them before bedtime. Throughout the day, I send updates and photos to the pet owners to keep them informed and reassured that their pets are happy and well cared for.
