I love taking care of pets and I’m a loving per caregiver. I’ve helped take care of my friend’s pets for the past few years whenever they’ve been out of town and needed my help. Most of the time their pets would stay at my place since I have a huge backyard for the dogs and plenty of places for the cats to rest and play indoors as well. I live in a nice quiet neighborhood and love to take the dogs out for walks. Luckily I work from home so I’m able to check on the pets frequently and take them outside if needed. I feed them and love to give them treats and attention. Feel free to contact me and let me know if there’s anything else you’d like me to do for your loving pet.

Jennifer was an amazing dog sitter! She took Melvin on walks and watched him carefully! Melvin has seizures so I am very anxious when I board him. Jennifer has great communication, sent lots of pictures to me, and updated me on how he was doing! Great experience!!
Jen was wonderful!! Our "Brody Bear" stayed 3 nights, and he loved every minute. We have the photos to prove it! :) Jen is so sweet and responsive. Brody will be visiting again soon, for sure!
Highly recommend Jennifer. She gave daily updates and our fur baby was well cared for and was safe with her. Looking forward for future visits.

For example, within my friend’s dog Jerry that you see in the profile photo, when I wake up in the morning I let him in the backyard while I get ready to take him for a walk. When we get back, I feed him and give him fresh water. I let him in the backyard in the afternoon again. Then in the late afternoon or evening, I take him for another walk and give him his dinner. During the day I also give him treats after he performs certain tricks and he is always happy and excited whenever he gets his treats, food, or goes for walks. We even play fetch together and play with his toys. At night he has his own bed and goes to bed around the same time every night. I really enjoyed talking care of my friend’s pets and this is what inspired me to join Rover. Since I don’t have any pets of my own. I love helping others take care of their pets when needed.

Availability
It fits perfectly since I work from home. I usually work Monday through Friday between 7am-4pmcst sometimes my schedule changes to the evening shift such as 10am-7pmcst or 11am-8pmcst. Since I work from home I can still be here to check on the pet regularly. It will not be an issue. Working from home is a huge advantage.
